First up: Nourish by The Roundtree<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bridgehampton\u2019s newest arrival feels less \u201cgrab lunch\u201d and more \u201creset your aura.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

From the team behind The Roundtree, this newcomer leans heavily into wellness, seasonal ingredients, seafood, zero-proof cocktails and enough natural textures to make you reconsider every plastic container in your house. Chef Dewa Wijaya is bringing a globally influenced menu rooted in East End ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Translation: this is where you go after promising yourself you\u2019re going to \u201ceat clean this summer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll probably still end up ordering the lobster roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then there\u2019s SunLife Organic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps no sign change has created more conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the closing of Estia\u2019s, the California wellness brand is making its Hamptons move with smoothies, bowls and enough adaptogens to qualify as a chemistry elective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yes\u2026 people have opinions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some see aspirational wellness.
Others see the moment Sag Harbor officially became Los Angeles with humidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also\u2026 if rumors of those famously expensive smoothies prove true\u2026 your smoothie may soon cost more than your first apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No judgment. Hydration is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fashion alert: Madewell<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sag Harbor\u2019s retail remix continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madewell officially planted its flag on Main Street after testing Hamptons demand previously, and apparently the answer was: yes, people do in fact want another excuse to buy perfectly broken-in denim. The new shop is opening at 102 Main Street and continues the steady migration of national lifestyle brands into the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the bright side: the aesthetic works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand: locals may soon need a guidebook explaining what used to be in every storefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

And finally\u2026 Miracle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This one may be the sleeper hit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael Nolan \u2014 a Sag Harbor local and the longtime force behind Fresno \u2014 is opening a year-round American spot in the former Vin Sur Vingt space with chef Jesus Gonzales bringing back some Fresno favorites alongside updated classics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Translation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comfort food\u2026 but with enough polish that you\u2019ll tell yourself dinner is casual while somehow spending three hours there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, credit where due \u2014 naming a restaurant Miracle<\/em> in a town where people routinely try to get a reservation at 7:00 PM on a Saturday at 6:48 PM?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambitious. I respect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So what does all this mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hamptons continues doing what the Hamptons does best: reinventing itself while simultaneously insisting nothing should ever change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And honestly? Watching the signs go up may be half the entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
